About eight years ago I wanted to sell my investment property, it was then i contacted Trish from the Martin group. I started emptying the units of tenants with the intent to sell to a rehabber and leave something good to the town. Then it was one problem after the other with the town which Trish never gave up. She relentlessly made call to agencies and buyers and on and on marches time. Finally she one her persistence is equaled by none, she's the one to call !! Thank You Trish !!!!

Patricia was a pleasure to work with. She was extremely professional, responsive, patient, friendly and helpful throughout our (long!) home buying process. Her knowledge of the north shore was invaluable to us, and she really understood very quickly what it was we were looking for. She met us at almost every open house, called to light any houses that came on the market that she felt would be a good fit for us, and really worked hard to find us a home we love!
