Listen, I had to pack up my home of approximately 15-years and move to Guam (husband's job). There was SO MUCH that still needed to be done when I left but Pat went WAY ABOVE and BEYOND her duty as an agent. She made sure the repairs were completed, the garbage was put out by the street, the house was clean and that I didn't need to worry about getting it ready to sell.
