Sale of our home and the challenges

Selling a home during this difficult time ( CoVid 19 ) was indeed a challenge. I was surprised that so many people were willing to actually come and look at our property in person, knowing the risks that our area was facing with the virus. The online virtual house tour set up by Patricia and Chris was an excellent tool for our needs, and it truly enhanced the beauty of our home and its location. However.....leading up to (and throughout) the process of the sale of our home was a different sort of challenge. Needed documentation was not readily available, and my husband and I were met with extreme researching (on our part) to secure everything that was overlooked by our local Title Company. For this, we are quite upset and disillusioned with the real estate process in Florida. (Shame on you, Title Company, for not doing your job!) I did feel, at times, we were doing a whole lot more hustle than we needed to be doing... on our own. It caused an extreme amount of stress and aggravation. Ours was a particularly difficult case, and it took many, many man hours (and OUR extra money!) to get the job done. We were not happy about that at all. In the long run, though, the job DID get done.....and Patricia's calm and charming demeanor helped us throughout the process. We are happy to have it all behind us now. Thank you, Patricia and Chris, for getting the job done for us!
