I have bought and sold 14 properties in my lifetime. Patricia was hands down the most competent realtor I’ve dealt with. She took care of everything in a timely manner with great communication. As you know realtors are paid on commission we were selling a $90,000 trailer and I was treated like I was selling a million dollar home. We listed the property within 24 hours we had an offer. Had the inspection and it needed some work. She found an electrician and plumber. Took care of everything and all the work was done within a week. This is the first time I’ve felt I got my moneys worth when dealing with a realtor. ❤️
