Pat has been wonderful - truly a guide through the whole process to two first time home buyers!

Pat has been wonderful, she was truly a guide through the whole process to two first time home buyers with a toddler who were looking to leave the city. She was strong and realistic as far as negotiations but I never felt like she was pushy with US- and that was very important to me. She provided us with much more than just home buying info, she guided us as far as neighborhoods, school districts, etc. She went above and beyond for us and I would highly recommend her to anyone.
