Patricia helped us sell our condo in 2021. After we put it up for sale, we were informed that the condo association had 8 lawsuits against it, that we were completely unaware of. The association refused to even discuss it with us when confronted. We were devastated and I thought for sure Patricia would quit after seeing that it was going to be a nearly impossible situation to sell our unit. She never gave up and had a constant stream of potential buyers coming to see our unit every week. We are very thankful for her hard work and dedication to help us. I would highly recommend her and she's currently helping us buy our new dream home!

We came across Patricia from an Open House. She is very dedicated to following up with me and my husband. Hence she would always call, text and even mail us cute cards. The small issue we faced was once we were under contract, it was very DIFFICULT to hear from her. When we call it would go to voicemail. She would send a text that she will call us back, but there was no follow up. Hey I honestly can't complain the house sold for asking price. :) but i would only suggest effective communication and follow up is key. Overall Great Job in getting us a good offer and selling the house as quickly as it did.
