Pat's knowledge, attention to details, negotiating skills, trustworthiness, professionalism, dedication, communication skills are above compare. Most of all she truly cares about her clients and their well being throughout the whole process. I bought my own home 43 years ago and it was a whole world away from what it is now to buy and sell a home. I believe there is NO ONE who could have done a better or more thorough job in helping to sell an older home in need of TLC. Because she is so exceptional in everything she does the house sold for top dollar and in record time. She spent hours guiding me through the process and helped me through understanding all I needed to deal with. She even contacted me afterward to see how I was doing. I can be difficult to deal with when I am stressed and Pat helped by answering every single question or issue I might have had. She always had a "plan B" in case things didn't work out; but through her skill and tenacity things worked out as she had planned. I need more of her business cards, because the world needs more people like Pat who are sincere and honest and truly go over and beyond to make sure that things are taken care of. I was never made to feel I was a "bother" when I worried excessively and needed advice for my peace of mind.
