Patricia Crane
Recently, Pat Crane went to settlement with me as I sold my home in Oreland. I have lived there for 53 years, this was my first time to sell a home. I really had no idea where to begin. I met Pat over a year ago when she represented my neighbor in the sale of their home. They spoke highly of Pat's knowledge and support in the process. I met with Pat, and even though I was a year away from putting my house on the market, she began to give me guidance in preparing the house for sale. With her awareness of market trends, Pat effectively staged my home and helped me sell or donate unneeded items. Her suggestions on what seemed like minor changes made a big difference in interesting buyers. I guess the word that stands out to me is involved. Pat didn't just list my home, she was involved in every step of the process - the decluttering, sale of items, staging, advertising, showing the property. She had a number of resources with contractors to make any changes that were needed. Pat put in many hours marketing my home and supporting me in making necessary decisions. Pat listed my home September 21, and I had a full price offer on October 30. After 53 years, selling a home you love is a very emotional process. I appreciated Pat's understanding and support. I would highly recommend her to my family and friends.
