Pat Crane is an awesome realtor! From our first phone call back in October of 2023. I was amazed at her breath of knowledge. She explained ever detail carefully, making sure I understood. I explained that first we had to find a home, before I sell the home we have. I explained how I wanted to fix it before moving in. Well, she found us a great property! We made settlement yesterday. Our mortgage provider gave her quite a time. But she stuck with it, encouraged my husband and I along the way. Especially when I was getting ready to throw the towel in!
