Patricia Cain

I had the unique experience of having Patricia Cain as both a Rental Property manager, and as a Real estate purchasing agent. She rented to me as a tenant for four years and then assisted me with a forever home search and acquisition. The home search process is consistently a difficult one to navigate, while avoiding the troublesome pitfalls of the market from writing a mutually beneficial contract to the further Inspection and final negotiation process. It's a stressful process, which all interested parties hanging on heart-strings. Patricia helped manage my needs, and insured I got the best deal and could look back proud of our process and final results. I'm in a perfect home for me and my family's needs, and it's all thanks to Patricia Cain and her tenacious work ethic. I wouldn't buy another home with anyone else!!

Once I call Patricia in regards to a rental property she was very dismissive and short. I wanted to ask her about some general questions and she completely blew me off and hung up the phone. Very unprofessional and rude on her behalf. I don’t think she likes people with accents to be completely honest.
