Patricia Butler helped me find, negotiate and buy my first home. We scoured the counties and areas that I told her I would like to live. Over the course of a couple months and many open houses we found my ideal house in an ideal location. We had an offer in the day the house went up for sale. I got the house and the rest is history. I would reccomend Pat to any of my friends and anyone looking for a great real estate agent. She has lived in this area for a very very long time, knows the area like the back of her hand, and will work hard for you. She preaches patience and that your dream house or apartment will appear. 10/10 would use again. Thank you pat for everything
