We cannot say enough about Patty - as first time home buyers, moving to a completely new area, we believe we found a gem in Patty. She was so knowledgeable about the area, we felt like we learned more about Valencia in the quick weekend house hunting trip with her, than we would have in renting for 6 months, which had always been our original plan. She had excellent recommendations, knew intuitively what we wanted as parents of young children with location, space, schools, amenities, etc. She also had excellent contacts with a loan officer, and was totally and completely available for all the questions we had (and we had a lot, this was a new experience for us). We found our dream home to raise our family - but should we ever sell this home and buy another, we would absolutely use Patty again!
Patty was incredible! She went above and beyond for us from the very start to the second we closed. We flew in for a weekend to see houses and she lined up every house we wanted to see and more. Patty was instrumental in the purchase and selling of my Moveo Drive house. I was a first time buyer back then, in over my head, but Patty was with me every step of the way and set my mind at ease.
