My wife and I had an outstanding experience with Patti. We will utilize Patti again and/or recommend others to utilize Patti without hesitation. Patti was very patient and understanding with our house preferences. She accepted that we would require an extended period to find the "perfect" second house. Upon finding that "perfect" house, Patti was thorough in shepherding us through the inspection process and understanding the local zoning requirements. We are very happy with our new house and appreciate tremendously Patti's involvement in the entire process. Summarily, Patti is an outstanding real estate expert.
