no obstacle from beginning to end stopped pat from moving the ball forward even when it required a lot of personal time and coordination on her part. she anticipated who to call, when to call and almost every problem and jumped in on some of the of the tedious tasks when i ran out of gas, i don't think we could have done it without her which is consistent with what she did when we bought the house years a go and she represented us at that time. brains. knowledge, focus, flexibility, finesse, personal charm and hoot spa like her's are in short supply, we were very fortunate to have her.

Spring 2012, we walked into Pat Bennett's office seeking information about purchasing a home. Pat spent 2 hours telling us about the area, HOA differences, Community Center, etc. She was pleasant, informative and in no way demanding. We stayed in touch with her over the course of the year and returned in spring 2013 to purchase a home. She was punctual and presented many homes for us to view in our price range. The next day, we returned to our top five homes and after viewing only the first two favorites returned to the first home and made the purchase. Pat is honest, caring and diligent.
