Patty went above and beyond to help make the sale of our home an easy process.

Patty was a dream to work with when we were under some pressure to move my father to an assisted-living community and sell the house he had lived in for the last 25 years. She assessed the value of his house and the market correctly, which helped us to set a realistic price and get a good amount of interest. She addressed any questions or concerns and resolved issues promptly. There were a few minor repairs that were necessary before listing the house and then to bring it up to modern code, and Patty took care of finding good, affordable tradespeople to complete those repairs and even made some of them herself. She even shampooed Dad's wall-to-wall carpeting and helped us clean out and clean up the garage. When a prospective buyer began to give us a bit of a runaround and demand unrealistic changes and terms, Patty advocated clearly and strongly for us, resulting in the deal being finalized to both parties' satisfaction. And, on top of it, she helped me sell some on Facebook Marketplace several of Dad's things that the auction house didn't want and we didn't want to lug to the Salvation Army or Goodwill. Patty really went above and beyond for us, and did so with humor and efficiency. I recommend her without any reservations!

Patty is a wonderful Realtor! She is willing to look at house after house until you find the perfect one. She helps you understand the process the entire way through by educating you. She is willing to negotiate when needed and helps you understand what is worthy of negotiating and what is not. She is a wonderful person and very down to earth.
