Patricia was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I had to sell my home long distance. The home is in Palm Bay Florida and I was in Connecticut. This was to be my retirement home but due to life changes and the loss of my husband to Covid, I had to sell my home. Patricia had a professional take photos which also included arial shots. This highlighted the whole property from above, which really helped showcase the beautiful built in pool. There were things the buyer wanted fixed before the sale.
