I think home buying and selling is usually stressful because we don't do it often. I so appreciated Tricia and her reassurance when I was stressed. She would explain everything clearly in simple terms. When she arranged for pictures of the house, she even pulled a few giant weeds that I had forgotten about! Full service! lol I was having issues with my dotloop documents and Jennifer met me at the office and took care of it quickly. I truly appreciate the efforts of these two amazing realtors. Preparing for the sale of my home was easy. Tricia communicated very well throughout the entire process. As soon as documents were available, I would receive email notice as well as a reminder from her that documents were available and if they needed any action from me.
