Tish Matulnes took the very best care of me and the sale of my home. I had to move out of state and did not know what to expect - whether I could do it all remotely or would need to travel back to Texas one or more times. But after meeting with Tish, I was so much more comfortable with the process. She was able to manage everything with me by phone, email and text. In my absence, and with a little help from my daughter and a neighbor, she even kept an eye on the house. After minor delays due to the holidays, we had a successful closing. And, with Tish's expertise, the net proceed was even greater then I originally thought it could be. Tish is an angel! She truly cares about her clients.
