Everything was well orchestrated so we never owned both homes at the same time, that was a huge priority and everything went off without a hitch. Patrice had solutions for everything. Thank you Patrice, we never could have gotten through this whole journey without you. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!!!

We only have positive things to say. The whole process of both selling our home and buying one both on the same day was stressful to say the least. However, Patrice kept us on track and sane by keeping us in touch with everything that needed to be done and always said that everything would work out. Thanks to her, everything did work out in our favor. We really cannot thank her enough for what she did to keep everyone on track. She always had answers and knew what to do or who to contact to get the answers. Could we have asked for a better realtor? We don't think so!! She always had a smile, was always upbeat and never hesitated to pick up the phone and answer questions for us, no matter the time. Thank you Patrice, we could not have asked for a better person to help us on a very difficult journey.
