We had the keys to our new home EXACTLY two weeks from them accepting our offer. Also, we appraised 55k OVER what we paid for our home and already have great equity in our first house purchase. We started our search with anther realtor that was a family friend and not as available which we now know makes ALL the difference. I recommend her to ANYONE looking for to purchase or sell a home!
