Where do I even start? We found Patrice when we attended an open house, we were with a different realtor at the time and took her card with us in case that went south. Well it did and I am so glad we kept her card. We were relocating from Austin, TX and needed someone to truly understand our style and needs while we shopped from out of state. Patrice was detailed, patient, genuine, and never acted like we were annoying her with all of our video tours and questions. We ended up buying one of the houses she toured for us while we were in TX (Patrice negotiated for $24k less than asking) and 5 months later are still convinced we chose the right home for us. She knows the Englewood/ Venice area like the back of her hand and is a wealth of information. Even after the home buying Patrice has been there for us showing up to our house on moving day after we couldn't find a last minute moving company and helped us unpack out truck. She has given us references to multiple reliable contractors which apparently is a hard thing to find in Florida as we quickly learned. If you are moving from out of state I would only recommend Patrice, we went through two other realtors before her and trust me she is the best with relocations!

When I decided to list my home I looked at a few realtors and then came across Patrice. And I am really glad I did! She was very helpful threw out the entire process of selling my home! I had a price in mind of what I wanted to list my home for and she agreed that it was a good price and it was actually worth a little more so we went with that price. And I am really glad I had her knowledge and expertise because we had 10 showings the first weekend and had 3 offers within a week!!! I highly recommend Patrice, she made the process quick and painless for me!

We reside in Buffalo, NY but had decided to look/purchase a future "retirement" home in Venice, FL. Patrice responded to an email that we had sent, so during a vacation, we made some "dates" and explored the south Venice area with her. My husband and I had been online looking at what was available, and also had a fairly good idea of what we wanted and how much work we were willing to do.
