When I selected five stars across the board for Patrice, that was not because I think she is the best. It’s because she is the best and truly deserves five stars in each category. She has been in our area for what seems like forever and has a wealth of knowledge on the homes, communities and lay out of our town and neighboring towns. For my husband and I being first time home buyers, we needed someone knowledgeable to walk us through every step. Patrice always went above and beyond to explain every little detail to us. Even sometimes at as late as midnight, her and I had a phone conversation about a question I had. I truly believe her negotiation skills are what got us into our house.
