This review is intended for the purchase of 3236 River Bend Drive and the sale of 4012 Crestwood Drive. This was our second home buying/selling experience with Pat, and we chose her again because of the successful purchase the first time around when we were very young home buyers. She is a real go-getter when acting as the buying or selling agent, and she really got to know our needs quite well, which makes the whole experience much smoother than expected. We looked for 14 months for our most recent purchase in August 2023, and Pat exhibited a great deal of patience to help us find the best fit we could possibly find in a home. Her perseverance was quite evident when she had an injury/surgery, and joined us numerous times while wheeling herself along on a cart. Even though her personality and my wife's sometimes caused differences of opinion, she remained professional in order to help achieve our goal of moving back to our previous area of the metroplex. Our kids' new school district was a top priority, and she successfully helped us to find a perfect location. The selling of our home was also very streamlined, and we were well-informed. She also helped with the staging process, which was much appreciated. The amount we received from the sell of the home exceed our expectations, and we were especially thrilled a young family made the purchase. I highly recommend Pat if you want a realtor who will fight the good fight in your buying and/or selling experience!

Pat helped my wife and I purchase our first home in 2015. When it came time to sell our home in 2022, we didn't hesitate in contacting Pat to help guide us through the process. Her knowledge of the real estate market in the D-FW area is impressive; everything she told us about how our home would compare and perform in the market was spot on. We had some cosmetic repairs and painting that needed to be done; she connected us to a contractor who got the job done quickly and the house looked amazing. We moved out of state first before selling our home and Pat stayed in constant contact with us letting us know how things were progressing. The day we picked our buyers there was a huge hailstorm that resulted in our roof needing to be replaced. Pat worked so hard with the roofing and gutter contractors to get the jobs done as quickly as possible in order to close the sale for us. We highly recommend Pat for your real estate needs.
