First off, Pat is the most likable person you will meet. However that is not why you should work with him. You should work with Pat because he knows it all. I was a first time home buyer who was overwhelmed with the whole process but once I started working with Pat, the process wasn’t the nightmare people talk about. He knew each step to take and communicated it so well and in an easy-to-understand way. You should work with Pat because he knows EVERYONE. You may run into people on the street who know Pat, that is how crazy wide his connections are. Need anything? Pat knows a guy (or gal). You should work with Pat because he puts you first. I would text Pat in the middle of the morning/afternoon/night and he would respond. Imagine the most obnoxious time to ask someone a question and that was when I was contacting Pat. But he never made me feel like I was an inconvenience (and trust me, I had a ton of questions) and always either answered my question right away or let me know he was looking it up. I never felt pressured or rushed in my whole time working with Pat. I recommend working with Pat 1000%.
