We came from California to look for a retirement home. Not being familiar with the Valdosta area, Pat was very patient and accommodating in helping us find a home to purchase. She is extremely knowledgeable of the area and even recommended some of the various business's in the area that we could visit. When we selected 2413 Sterling Drive, she provided us quotes for several sales in the area to help us determine a great negotiating price. She was there with us when the house inspection was performed. She also offered to act in our behalf as our power of attorney for the closing as we would be in California. She performed the final walk through over the phone with us to verify that the minor repairs were completed. She also helped connecting us with a very responsible property management group, as we are not planning to move to the area for several years. She was a very thoughtful and caring agent, truly concerned about us and our needs. We would not hesitate in recommending her to anyone for an agent that treats you as if you were part of her family. If we could give her a 10 star rating we would.
