Made this a quick process, whereas I can move on from this stage of my life in a timely fashion. Was always available to answer any questions and concerns and to be on site when needed. Not living in area anymore and not being able to be there when needed Pat's assistance was invaluable. Would highly recommend Pat to anyone looking for a highly qualified realtor.
