Wonderful experience. Knowledgeable and responsive! Pat represented us as both buyers and sellers. She was extremely friendly helpful and responsive to all our questions and concerns. She was with us every step of the way. When we found issues during processes, she negotiated on our behalf and was tough when needed. Very polite and very professional. She even took the time to explain to us page by page about some documents we received, which by the way it was on her spare time to answer all of our concerns about those documents. She responded on every email and text that we had questions and concerns and we got answers. The closings went smoothly and on point with all of the documents that had to be signed. Overall, it was a pleasant experience!
