Pat Oppel

We had just started thinking about purchasing a house. We had heard about Pat from her husband Allen which we met through my job. We contacted her not ready to purchase but just to look. Who knew less then 3 months later we would own our home. She was very pleasant to speak with, she put us at ease immediately. She narrowed down our requirements and started to send us listings. Not one time did she pressure us into looking at any property. One property caught our eyes. we called Pat to set up a viewing. She called us back within 2 hours giving us a time and date. The home was still occupied so it was on the sellers' terms. We viewed the property twice. She explained to us that the seller did have other offers and that we may want to make an offer. We did that night. She called us back in a few days later to let us know our offer was accepted. She put us into contact with a person who specialized in our type of loan. This process also went smoothly. She walked us through everything, what to expect and what could go wrong. She was upfront about everything. Any time we would call or text her she never failed to respond, even if it was to let us know she would call us back. If we ever drove her crazy, she never let on. It was like we were the most important client to her. She set up all the appointments letting us choose who to use. If we were at a loss, she always guided us. Her honesty, knowledge and expertise were evident. I don't think it would have gone as fast and as pleasant as it did if it weren't for Pat and Allen taking care of us.
