We recommend Pat with the highest possible ratings for customer service, professional skill, clear communication, negotiation abilities, and coordination of services. She has been absolutely fantastic to work with in every way, not only in successfully coordinating for home maintenance and a completed sale that exceeded our hopes and expectations, but also very friendly and quick and clear to respond to all communication. Our family encountered a number of challenges on our path to a successful home sale, as we live out of town and were renting our property. Pat did a super job of coordinating for the move out of our tenant, finding reliable and competent home maintenance crews for the necessary work, coordinating with them for visits and checking their work completion for excellence, and even going far above and beyond her normal duties to personally assist us in related local matters that we were unable to complete while out of town, in order to assist with the sale. Pat far exceeded all of our expectations for service quality, and did so in a way that really helped our family during a time of need.
