I used Pat for my Buyer's agent. She provides what a homebuyer expects and needs. She works for her pay! She makes professional observations, suggests actions that the buyer should consider, and listens to what the buyer has to say. At the end of it all, she does what the buyer wants to do, in some cases at the detriment of the buyer :) Great to work with and would absolutely use her services again! I am now using her to sell my home as a Seller's agent and again, she is doing everything she can to market my home properly. Professional photographer, staging advice, market analysis, immediate response, follow-up on visits, open-houses, honest assessments, and generally makes the entire process much less stressful! My son knew Pat from church so decided to engage her for a couple of investment properties and it was the best decision I could have made.
