Pat goes beyond what a normal agent does. I've worked with her several times and she looks at homes like her customers. She'll take you through the houses, and listens to what you say you are looking for, after a few places she then narrows her search down to what her clients really wants and always tries to find the lowest price. As for selling a home, she told me what clients were looking for and what sort of actions I had to take to get the best price.
