Selling a house from 300 some miles away is not easy. Pat walked me through everything. Helped when the basement flooded. Helped find companies to help with some repairs and testing. Checked on house frequently and always kept me informed of everything. Always prompt with answering any questions I may have had. Some of the closing was chaotic. But she walked me through and pointed mei. The right direction and have me step by step instructions. She made all the chaos of the months very manageable for me.
