I will say her portfolio is what impressed me, so my expectations were set high. Market Knowledge is a strong point for Pat. Professionalism is a strong point for Pat and her team especially Marcy. Marcy is very detail oriented and very responsive. Communication from Pat is not her strong point which was a little frustrating. However, when I needed her the most at the time of closing she went above and beyond to make it happen with all my request.

Pat did a great job from start to finish. She was well prepared upon her initial visit with us showing the comps in the area and was on target with the asking price that properly reflected the homes resale value. Her assistant Marcy Mazzarelli was an excellent resource in the process. Both Pat and Marcy were a pleasure to work with. The entire process was seamless and the sale progressed without any issues.
