I've known Pat personally for many years, and when I decided to purchase my first home, she was the first person I called. She made a daunting experience much easier and thanks to her swift action, vast real estate knowledge and keen negotiating skills, I was able to purchase the first home that I've ever made an offer on. Many people warned me not to get my hopes up when I made an offer on my dream home, but I give all the credit to Pat that my offer was accepted and below asking price!
