Pat helped us sell our home in April 2014 and I enjoyed working with her. Pat is very knowledable and professional in all parts of the selling process. She helped make it less painful by clearly defining the complicated terms, all the rules/ regulations and paperwork. She was very honest about what we needed to do to increase the chance of receiving bids while be sensitve to the emotions that can occur when selling a home after 26 years. She also helped us find another realtor to help us buy a home. I would work with her again in a heartbeat!
