Pat is a committed professional, over the years we have used her services at least twice. Pat is patient and knowledgeable, when we first called her this time the house was not ready to show. She made recommendations we did the work and eventually we sold our property in a tough market for the exact price I thought it should bring even with a few issues remaining. I absolutely would recommend Pat she will stick with you until the job is complete even under difficult circumstances ....two thumbs up!
