I know the city well which gives me the knowledge to help buyers find the area that is just the right fit for them. I especially enjoy working with first time home buyers! I'm very thorough with my seller clients to make sure that I am addressing all of their needs and concerns while working through the selling process. Pat Buff was excellent. Could not have had a better experience in selling my house quickly !!!

It was a pleasure working with Pat Buff. Her industry and market knowledge was key in selling my house for ABOVE my listing price. She always kept me informed. She had great suggestions on how to stage my house for the most positive impression on potential buyers.
