Pat was my real estate agent for my million-plus dollar home in the Fairfax area. The key takeaway with Pat is that she is a very patient and tenacious real estate agent. She's eternally positive and uplifting, so that aspect of the relationship has been a joy. She also has a strong supporting network with Keller Williams that I found it very helpful in the final stages of selling my home when an unexpected obstacle came up. My selling journey has been longer than what I initially expected because of the tougher market conditions for expensive homes in the area. Despite the lack of stronger interest, Pat has been very active by hosting open houses every weekend and using her broker-agent network to advertise the home to as many potential buyers as possible. One thing I do regret is that I wasn't an active in providing feedback in the initial stages to Pat, which left us sometimes communicating past each other. However, if you're actively communicating with Pat, she provides you with honest feedback on what's good and bad, and formulates a game plan to sell the house. It was a pleasure working with her.
