Pascual is the best. He is always professional and tells you what you need to know, not necessarily what you may want to hear. He explained everything to me thoroughly and gave me pointers / tips of things to look out for throughout the process and after closing. I have worked with many brokers in the past and felt that Pascual was vastly more knowledgeable about the area. I wish I had met Pascual earlier so that I could've used him for my other transactions!
