This is our third property transaction, and without a doubt, the most complex. So when we chose Pascual Salazar to help us, we knew we made an awesome choice.
We were in a situation in which wanted to buy a house, contingent upon selling our current house. We had been casually looking for a month, but when we knew we wanted to get serious, we contacted Pascual. He was both our selling and buying agent. The span of time between our first contact with Pascual, to the time that we moved into our new home was SEVEN WEEKS. I kid you not! Seven weeks! Unheard of! What a whirlwind!
Considering the tight timing, the transactions had a good potential of going off-track, behind schedule, and maybe even falling through escrow. But not with Pascual. He made the transactions seamless. There were some kinks, but the kinks were with the other parties. And even then, Pascual ensured that he'd do everything he could to work out the kinks.
Pascual worked tirelessly in the day time, evenings, and weekends. He was always available for us, no matter what time of day. He explained every step to us and openly communicated with all parties involved. He used awesome tools and technology to advertise our home during the marketing period and expedite document signing during the escrow period. He had the eye for big picture, but also the details. He's very honest and down-to-earth. Pascual also has an impressive team of lending, escrow, and inspection professionals. He is well-connected, which is very important in this industry.
We closed on the sale of our house and the purchase of a new house, within 5 days of each other! Amazing! This could not have happened without Pascual's consistent diligence, professionalism, expertise, communication, and dedication.
You can tell that Pascual is in this business because he genuinely wants to help people. He wants to know your story, your goals, your needs. Thank you, Pascual, for everything!
