Parul was very efficient in finding us a good tenant in a short period of time. She was very resourceful about the rental market as she has been doing this for her personal rental property for quite some time. We are very happy with our tenant and the terms of our lease she negotiated for us. She followed up with us after and made sure that everything is going smoothly. We would definitely go with her services in the future.
