I got to know about Parthvi through online , we had around 3 months of home searching journey with her before we found our dream home . We started our search with new constructions with budget around 600k in North Dallas after finding we didn't qualify for 700k homes , we moved our search to pre owned houses in Plano .After understanding our needs and our budget , Parthvi took initiative to show us new construction houses which lead to us to discover our new dream home near Frisco. What I really like about Parthvi is she is patient in understanding what are her clients needs and then takes initiative to make sure you get your desired dream home. I had a really good time while searching houses with her and she was always available over text and calls to answer your questions. She got us discounts , incentives and even upgrades in our new house.
