Parker helped us buy our first town home in 2016. We were very pleased with him as our realtor so we worked with him to sell our town house and buy a new home in 2020. He is very quick to respond and very knowledgeable about the whole process. We would recommend him to all of our friends and family!

Even with COVID being a obstacle that everyone has had to overcome. The Pemberton homes Team were awesome through out the process. Communication was outstanding, I understand that Matt & Parker work well as a team, if one wasn't available to answer our question the other was there to assist.

We worked with Parker to sell our home and buy a new one. Our situation was unique as the buyer for our home had an unconventional loan source that did not have a great history of making closing dates. In addition to that our home did not appraise for the value of the offer we received and the deal could have fallen apart. Parker kept the deal in tact and got our house to close on time with no delays. I highly recommend Parker and his team, they did an incredible job and they have earned our continued business!
