My husband and I signed a contract with Parisha at the end of September after a few stressful months of searching for a new home. At this point, we had already sold our home and knew we had until the end of November to be out of our home for the new owners. Parisha was eager, caring, prompt, an excellent communicator, and took on our search whole-heartedly. Within a month of working with her, we found our home for an excellent price for this market, and with her help, we were able to beat out multiple other offers. The closing was scheduled for two days before we had to be out of our home we sold, which was stressful. With her help and excellent communication, we were able to get our closing on the new home moved up ten days, which gave us more time to move. We closed on our new home in just 3 weeks! Everything went so smoothly! She made sure everything was seamless and treated us with the most respect during the whole process. She was always so professional. We will always be so grateful for her hard work and dedication to helping us find our new home in such a tight timeline.
