Paramjeet Singh is a pleasure to work with. He was super knowledgeable, professional and had a keen sense of urgency. My property was sold within a day and for $25000.00 more than the asking price. He was there all the way and kept things on track and kept me well informed and handled everything in escrow and closing. He made it so easy and worry free and it was an awesome experience.

I intended to have him represent me as his client. Had a phone call. He called me back quickly but he was immediately rude. He cut me off repeatedly, started to yell as to why I was even calling, and was just plain rude. Apparently he is unable to sell one of his properties, so he engineered a fake sale to change the ZEstimate. The call went downhill when I asked something as simple as "is the property for sale because it seems to have been sold". He was so rude that it caused me to write this review. Sketchy real estate agents like this should have no business working anymore.
