This was my first experience using a Realtor and it was perfection! Paolo advised me of certain things that would help sell my condo. I did not have time to do those things so Paolo said not to worry, that he would take care of it. And sure enough he did exactly that. He got everything ready and then when it was time to show he had already lined up some potential buyers so that we had several offers immediately. He helped me analyze the various offers and evaluated which ones were really serious and would follow through. He even found one that was willing to take over the balance of a special assessment. I accepted the offer and Paolo continued to do his magic. He personally went to the association and the management company to hand walk everything through as well as keeping control of the buyer’s process in getting condo approval and signing all the documents. He stayed in constant contact with the buyer to make sure they were doing everything they needed to do for closing. During all this Paolo called and texted me every single step of the way so I would understand the process and get an education how it all works. He s amazing at his job and an amazing person. It seems impossible to convey what a perfect experience looks like. I owned a condo in Miami but no longer live in Florida. I used Paolo previously and the experience was incredibly great. I was concerned how this transaction would play out with me living in a different state now. Additionally the condo needed work before showing it. Paolo told me not to worry and that not only would he handle the listing he would oversee the improvements. So, in a matter of days Paolo had arranged everything and kept the workers on task. It was completed in no time and the pictures Paolo sent showing the work were stunning compared to the before pictures. Well the next thing was to start the showings and within a day he had multiple offers including an above listing price offer. I realize that has been happening in Miami and it is so nice to be one of those sellers. And then, when I thought things could not get better, Paolo had the transaction closed in 14 days! He was all over the process, getting everything signed, staying on top of the condo association, staying in contact with the buyers to make sure they were doing what they needed. Also, there was a satisfied mortgage for which the bank never recorded a satisfaction of mortgage. I got the bank on the phone and was worried this issue may delay things, so Paolo went to the bank in person (I gave the bank authority to deal with Paolo) and met the person in charge to explain how important this was. Sure enough that issue was resolved. During all this Paolo kept me informed every step of the way. It’s hard to explain how that one thing is so important to any buyer or seller, but especially an out-of- town seller. I had peace of mind every moment from beginning to end. Everyone needs to use Paolo. It will be one less stressful thing in life. Thank you Paolo for helping me through this especially while I was dealing with my wife’s health issue.
