Paola helped us purchase our Hickory Road house fixer upper in 2020. Since we were not in Florida at the time, she had to do a lot of extra work. She coordinated with the seller's Realtor and our lender to make the transaction go smoothly. We sold in early 2022 and that went very well too. She drove hundreds of miles to show us houses in north central Florida and helped us find just the right one. She coordinated with the lenders and title agency to make the closing of the Hickory Road house on the same day as the closing of our new property. Excellent Realtor! Paola helped us find and buy a house in Silver Springs Shores. We wanted a fixer-upper so, although this was a relatively low-cost sale, she gave her complete attention to making this happen. There were several obstacles from the home search to closing and these problems were made more difficult since we were not in Florida after making the offer. She went out of her way in many ways such as to help us get bids from contractors and to make sure the HOA finished their approval. She’s a great Realtor so we will look for her help with our next transaction. 2022 Update: Paola sold our fixer-upper for us and helped us with the purchase of a great place with a backyard golf course view.
