I would wholeheartedly recommend Paola in helping you buy a property. I was able to purchase a condo with the help of Paola. What I liked about Paola is I gave her sample properties that I liked and she was able to find similar properties and even better one’s for me to consider. I had my list of properties to consider and Paola came up with hers. I liked hers more and ended up purchasing what she was able to find. I also liked that she was constantly on the phone calling and making appointments. She helped organize me because this was my first time purchasing a property in Florida. She communicates very well and has a knack for putting people involved In the buying and selling process at ease. In fact I’m using her again to help me purchase another property for my mom. Highly recommend.

I won’t use other realtors! The process of selling my home was smooth. She took care of everything. There was some repairs that needed to be done, and she found a handyman to do it, for a very reasonable price. She even helped my wife clean the house before closing. She went above and beyond. Definitely she knows her business because I didn’t had to do anything but to sign papers. She sold my house in less than a month, even though we had hurricane Dorian threatening south Florida, which in reality was the only inconvenience. Awesome! Thanks Paola
