PAMELA helped the reviewer sell this property

Over Asking? Say Less, Pam.

We had a wonderful experience working with Pam to sell my husband’s grandmothers home. From beginning to end, she was incredibly helpful, attentive, and reliable. She was there for every showing, inspection, and walkthrough, which gave us so much peace of mind throughout the entire process. In doing so, it made us all the more comfortable for when we were unable to be there for a few showings. Nana knew that if Pam wasn’t there, not to open the door. I appreciate her dedication for ensuring ours as well as Nana’s safety. Pam really understood what we needed and handled everything with care and professionalism. She was always available to answer questions, kept us informed, and made what could have been a stressful process feel much easier. Most importantly, the house sold for over asking price, and we couldn’t have been happier with the outcome. We truly appreciated how hands-on and dedicated Pam was and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
