My experience with Pamela and her team was second to none, as they went above and beyond to make the selling experience as pleasant and efficient as possible. Communication was always at the forefront, with Pamela and her team available to answer any and all questions I may have had regarding the selling process. Any issues that arose during the selling process were immediately handled by Pamela and her team or I was provided with highly recommended contractors that worked with my availability and time frame. Great job & highly recommend.

Pamela is an outstanding real estate agent. From beginning to end, Pamela worked smartly, swiftly, and tirelessly to get our home sold, often going above and beyond what was required of her. Even after unexpected setbacks, Pamela pressed on undeterred. With more than 18 years of experience in the industry, she is extremely well-informed and well-connected, and her wisdom proved to be an invaluable resource for us. She always answered our questions clearly and constantly kept us informed of her progress. She is a consummate professional and a kind and generous human being. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell.

My wife and I worked with her hand in hand starting from deciding sell price based on her experience of local market to successful closing in less than three months after listing. She is confident, assertive and full of integrity. She is very prompt in her response and no question is trivial for her. You get an answer within two minutes regardless of time. When you hire her you get an agent who will work with you with full commitment and dedicatiom.

Just today we sold our house, our sweet home for over 21 years through Zapppulla team. Pamela is simply excellent. All real estate agents are sweet professionals but she goes above and beyond what is expected. She was there with each step of the way through the entire process in a positive and assertive way. She knows local market and that is where experience counts for what to expect and she delivered it with smile. Thank you Pamela.

Very accommodating. Treat us like family.

With a difficult sales situation, we were very fortunate to have Pamela as our realtor. Her extensive real estate knowledge, resources and her general can-do attitude -- all helped move the process to a quick conclusion and made our decisions easier to make. Pamela and her team are an important asset for a successful transaction.

Pamela is fabulous!! She was responsive & respectful with our time & needs; working tirelessly to us help find what we were looking for. She helped us find our home 13 years ago & we called on her again to help my son and his wife find their first home! We place trust in her and would never call anyone else! Thank you!

Pamela is a wonderful person besides a dedicated realtor. She goes up and beyond what any other realtor would do to sell your home. She assisted my husband and me with the sale of our home, we were so impressed about her dedication. I have worked with a couple of real estate agents on real estate transact over the years and can say with confidence that Pamela is the best agent/ broker I have ever used. One of the qualities I respected the most was her no- nonsense style. She gets to the point quickly yet professionally, always respecting the clients time. She does a great job of listening to her client’s needs and does not waste time showing properties which do not meet the client’s objectives. She does research to assist with assessing a fair market value of the property for the offer and then negotiates effectively with the opposing broker on behalf of the client.  She shows great attention to the details enabling the transaction to get done. Our closing went very smoothly and on time. I have the highest level of confidence in her and feel she would be able to properly assess any situation and figure out an effective solution.  In future transactions, I will only have Pamela represent me.

Pam and her team were amazing when I sold my home on Staten Island. She handled every detail making what is normally a difficult process a piece of cake. Additionally she got us over the asking price for our home. She and her team were extremely professional and very efficient in their duties as realtors. She sold our home four years ago and today we still keep in contact. If you are selling your home you need to use the Zappulla Team at RE/MAX Elite. You will be happy you did!!!

Where should I start. Pam was awesome!! She explained everything to us. She took her time and listened all our needs. Pam found us our dream home. I couldn’t ask for a better Realtor. She is awesome to work with 👏👏👏

I cannot say enough good things about Pamela Zappulla!!! She helped us buy our new home and made the process go as smooth as possible. She is extremely professional, kind, honest, knows the business inside annd out, and such a great person all around. I highly recommend her and her team !!!
